Wednesday, December 4: P-day

Oh my goodness!! I'm a little behind and I'll admit it's been quite the roller coaster here and for Drew. He celebrated his 20th birthday on Monday the 2nd. We quite missed him but the members in McMinnville have been so good to him and helped him celebrate. I will forever be indebted to the Peterson family and the love they have shown him. I hope to meet them someday.

First off I wanna apologize, P-Days go by so flippin fast and recently I have slacked at writing a weekly email! These past couple of week have been muy sombroso!

I hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving!!

The Wednesday before was our PDay and we played a football turkey bowl game with the young men and some of the elders quorum. It was so flippin fun! Afterwards we went with some of the young men up to some waterfall hikes. At one of the waterfalls I tried gettin a cool pic on a rock close by it and my phone slipped out of my pocket and fell into the river..... #crappppp hahaha I went and fished it out and put it in some rice and it worked for a little but then it died out on me. Luckly I have all my pics saved to google!

Thanksgiving was HYPE, the ward did another turkey bowl but it was a hockey game on an old tennis court. Yall ready knowww I got that game winning goal, the last game hahaha. I love the members and ward here so much!! They are all so awesome! Thanksgiving Dinner was so good! Thanks to the Caten family for having us over! And we got to play a Settlers of Catan game afterwards, my comp had never played before and he won hahaha.

I also wanted to thank yall for all the Birthday wishes on Monday! Its so weird to say Im 20, I still feel like a kid hahaha.

I love it here in good old Mcminnville! We are teaching so awesome people, Im so excited for them and the future! Also LightTheWorld is awesome! I would highly recommend signing up and also watching the Christ Child video its a slapper/ tear drawer! The spirit speaks for itself in that video, helps remind us whats really important this holiday season.

Im so grateful for Jesus Christ and his restored gospel that is centered around familias. I love my family so much! They are everything to me! Them and my family in Christ which is in fact all of you and everyone else that valiantly chose His Plan of Salvation in the Premortal Life! I invite all of you to help out our family that has been deceived, discouraged, or distracted by the Adversary. Help them by inviting them to come and see what real joy/ happiness is and treating others as you would want to be treated.
