He hit his halfway mark in the MTC.  We still patiently wait...at least try to..for his emails.  This week was another great week for him.  We learned that he had become really close to an Elder in his Zone.  Elder Evans from Gilbert, AZ.  I asked him if he would get his friends parents information so I could text them and get to know them better. Come to find out, once agin, we had ties to Elder Evans parents. His dad is brothers with one of our high school friends (Curtis Taylor's) mom.  So crazy.  It was fun to connect with them. I'm sure Drew and Elder Evans will be lifelong friends.

Hola todos!

This week I hit the halfway mark of my time in the MTC, time is starting to go by faster and faster!

DOMINGO
This was good and bad firstly good because it was my sister's birthday! shout out to my sister mady Feliz Cumpleanos!! One bad and good thing about sunday was it was fast sunday hahah bad cuz i was so hungry the whole day but good cuz fasting brings blessing and our zone sacrament meeting was a testimony meeting and i realized this is the only fast sunday ill have at the mtc so i decided to share my testimony the meeting was an awesome meeting my bff elder tanner evans had such a great testimony!

LUNES
pretty average got to teach TRC this week we had the same guy to teach Martin Sanchez! I love him so much hes such a cool guy. our spanish is coming along, we can understand and have a conversation pretty well which is sickkkk!

MARTES
we had service in the morning (cleaning our residence building) and then the rest of the day was class studies and the tuesday night devo. This devo wasnt jeffrey r holland but it was still pretty good! the speaker was the president of the primary Sister Joy D Jones  she did so good! she asked us to be her secret weapons as examples for primary kids everywhere. The song the choir was quite delicious it was  Hurrah, for Israel! at night we were notified that elder williams was being switch to english speaking my trio would now go back to a normal companionship cuz elder richins is now with elder ruesch

MIERCOLES
wednesday was one of the most interesting days ive had since being here at the MTC it all started by the sounds of a broke boy jump roping in the room above us at 6 in the morning and we arent required to wake up until 6:30! There are only two actual rules in the residence that we all abide by they are 1. dont mess with other missionarys that are showing or going to the bathroom 2. dont bother other missionaries while they are sleeping. according to these commandments this newb broke the second law! I have never been more upset in my life so we left a semi kind note on his door and then went throught out our daily routine. it turns out our whole zone had been woken up by this savage so we were all pretty mad hahah. wednesday my district got to help out with hosting new missionaries it was awesome! hosting is being the missionaries that greet the newcoming missionaries to the mtc! it was sad/ fun to reminsce my first day. Before our night class started we were back in our residence and the jumproper had the audacity to come down with a note of his own on the back of our original note that said "plug your ears" this just added to the fire of our fury and we went up to talk to him but it turns out his comp and district didnt like the jump roping either and they told their branch president about it and now its not a problem hahah

JUEVES
this day was pretty normal other than it was the first day back to the dynamic duo of me and Elder Israelsen and it was also our last time teaching Martin!! this lesson was our best one yet! we invited him to be baptized but he had an inner battle with himself because he wanted to be baptized but he didnt want to upset the rest of his family who were cathlics hes such a good guy and after we got a pic with him and he asked for our facebooks!

VIERNES
average bland day other than i took a phat nap during my personal time which was way nice hahaha also we are tryin to enjoy every second we have left with the rest of our zone they all leave next week! so it will just be our district in the zone until we get new people. I love my zone so much i made some friendship that i think will last forever im so grateful for all their examples to me!!

Overall: another good week at the mtc time a guy worded the experience pretty accurately and funny he said the "the days feel like weeks and the weeks feel like days" hahha its so funny but also lowkey true. Ive gotten to read so much from the Book of Mormon and im learning so much i have never read it all the way through but im tryin to finish it before i leave!! but from what ive learned and read so far i know that it is another testament of jesus christ and it is the true word of god! my love for the book and jesus christ has grown so much since ive gotten here to the mtc! I love the spirit here i know this place is the university of god and i am exactly where i need to be in my life!! I love and miss you all so much, thank you for all your update emails, packages and kind words of advice! it is the best thing ever to hear how you all are doing!
